Porter un environnement de jeu à la vie avec la musique

Il suffit d’avoir déjà joué à un jeu Mario pour réaliser à quel point la musique est importante dans l’univers de la licence. Dans  Mario + Rabbids Battle Kingdom , il était essentiel de conserver cette caractéristique.

Lors d’une conférence donnée en 2019 à la GameCamp, Romain Brillaud, Audio Director, et Matthieu Pavageau, Expert Sound Programmeur au studio, nous parlent de la manière dont ils ont travaillé sur la conception de l’environnement musical de Mario + Rabbids. Car une fois que Grant Kirkhope, le compositeur,  a créé et enregistré la musique avec son orchestre et ses chanteurs, il reste tout un travail de synchronisation à faire pour créer une vraie atmosphère de jeu.
