In 2019, Ubisoft Paris launched Ubisoft Future Women in Games with Toronto studio. A mentoring program dedicated to female students and recent graduates that allowed them to benefit from the expertise of the studio’s experts in programming and game design.

Today, joined by Ubisoft Annecy, we are taking the program one step further with WomXn Develop At Ubisoft: an experience that runs from February to May with even more support to build your network, exchange with our teams and discover the challenges they face on a daily basis.

We chose to call this program Womxn Develop because it is open to women and non-binary people. We are excited to welcome these talented individuals to our studios.

Are there internship opportunities at the end of the mentoring?

The aim of the programme is to benefit from mentoring by our experts. However, this program is also an opportunity to be noticed by Ubisoft’s teams, to broaden its network within the industry and to be contacted for future opportunities. For example, since the last edition, 5 participants have joined our studios.

It is not possible to change tracks after registration, but it is possible to register for both tracks at the same time.

Is mentoring done remotely or face-to-face?

Until health conditions improve, the programme is 100% digital. All communication with the mentors will be via Microsoft Teams and e-mail.
