We are super proud to work hand in hand with Nintendo and its iconic character: Mario! And what better way for our players to let loose and constantly surprise them than with our Rabbids! With Mario+Rabbids Kingdom Battle, we developed a real technical, creative and design expertise for a Nintendo-like game but made in Ubisoft. It’s an explosive and challenging cocktail for our team but still very inspiring and motivating for all our team members. Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle and its Donkey Kong DLC have already attracted millions of players on Switch. With Sparks of Hope, we intend to do even more to satisfy even more players eager for humor, strategy and adventure!

THE GALAXY NEEDS YOU

When a mysterious enemy, Cursa, plunges the galaxy into chaos, extends its evil grip on the planets, and consumes the energy of the Sparks, creatures born from the fusion between the Lumas and the Rabbids, it’s up to Mario, Rabbid Peach and their friends to stand in his way! From planet to planet, they will have to combine their forces to fight the Cursa hordes for better or for worse!

 

ASSEMBLE YOUR DREAM TEAM

In Mario + The Rabbids Sparks of Hope, the best Heroes in the galaxy unite against Cursa: Mario, Rabbid Peach, Luigi, Rabbid Mario, Peach and newcomers have answered the call. You can only select three Heroes from your team for each battle – choose wisely, as each has their own abilities and specialties that can give you victory! And to counter all situations or increase your power, each character can be accompanied by a Spark that will offer new options: an energy barrier or a rain of fire! With these advantages, the battlefield is yours!

THE PERFECT MIX BETWEEN ACTION AND TACTICS

In the studio, our developers don’t rest on their laurels. After revolutionizing the tactical genre with Mario+Rabbids Kingdom Battle in 2017, they pushed the formula even further for this new episode by proposing to our players to combine strategy and action! The turn-based formula is enriched with action to offer battles ever more gripping and rich in possibility. Alongside classic moves such as Team Jump or Dash, you will now be able to move in real-time to explore all the cover possibilities or take advantage of the Bob-Ombs!

 

A GALAXY TO SAVE

Co-developed by four Ubisoft studios (Milan, Montpellier, Chengdu, and Pune), join in the Mario+Rabbids Sparks of Hope adventure that will have you encountering familiar enemies from the Nintendo universe or crossing paths with crazy and memorable Rabbids to free planets from the shadow of Cursa!

The galaxy awaits your strategic skills when Mario + The Rabbids Sparks of Hope is released in 2022.
