Within Ubisoft Paris Studio, you will manage a team of ten level designers.
You will also be the go-to person for every level design topic on our AAA unannounced project.
Your responsibilities will be as follows
- Managing the level design team of the project (around ten people) and ensuring the best communication with the other teams within the project, the studio and the collaborating studios.
- Structuring and organizing the teams' work and the production pipeline with the different tools on the project (Jira), hand in hand with the producing team
- Ensuring the creative director's and the game director's intentions are put in motion
- You will also be in charge of providing visibility and reporting to the core team of the project for all level design related topics.
To succeed in this role you will need to have already managed a design team and shipped at least several AA games.
A previous experience on shooter games will be appreciated, as well as an open world experience.
A sense of rational level design will be valued.
English is mandatory, French is a nice to have.
