The IPM Assistant is an essential role in our team given the team’s mandates : prepare the release of our next game, with several major pulsepoints, while simultaneously supporting the year-round live activity on Just Dance console. In parallel to product support, the team plays a key role in transversal brand initiatives such as partnerships and consumer products deals.
You will be the key contributor to the execution of Just Dance marketing campaigns across multiple touchpoints throughout the year among us :
- Monitoring the creation and delivery of in-game assets for communication materials (trailers, BTS, product pages, etc.)
- Briefing & managing agency & internal marketing artists
- Referent for gameplay release calendar
- Creation of documentation (game bible, presentation…) and tracking files.

Management of behind-the-scenes assets :
- Coordination from filming, asset post-production and organization of all behind the scenes footage.
360° coordination with cross-functional teams :
- Studio Production
- Work with the production team’s timeline & needs for the creation of marketing assets
- PR/Global Comms & Studio : Event & key speaker coordination support – external and internal – for international media opportunities with the PR team
- Community : Brainstorming on community activations and assets.
Global Brand Development support :
- Key support for creation of pitches for brand partnerships
- Project management for ongoing and upcoming partnerships
Qualifications
- As a student, you are independent, organized, and rigorous.
- Ideally, you have at least some experience in operational marketing in the video game and entertainment sectors.
- You are diplomatic and have strong initiative, good analytical and synthesis skills, and you are convincing and flexible.
- Fluency in English is essential to join our team.
- You have a strong interest in the world of video games
